DESCRIPTION:Charlie Cohn is a pianist and composer from Los Angeles. Primarily a jazz pianist\, he writes both classical and jazz music. His compositions draw from a variety of musical influences—rock\, jazz\, electronic\, and experimental music—as well as from visual art and nature. Charlie is a Los Angeles Philharmonic Composer Fellow\, and has participated in Juilliard’s Summer Composition Program.
