SUMMARY:Young Musicians Showcase Presents The Luke Davis Quintet
DESCRIPTION:Luke Henry Davis is a sophomore jazz drummer\, composer\, and arranger at California State University Northridge pursuing his Bachelor of Music degree in Jazz Studies. Luke began studying jazz drumming at age six with Tim Metz\, as a teenager with Rick Lotter\, and continued in college with Tina Raymond and Jason Harnell. He has performed at Carnegie Hall and the Golden 1 Center\, the California Jazz Championships\, international performances including Stockholm\, Sweden and San Sebastián\, Spain as well as on the BBC Global News Podcast.
