Shari Hoffman serves as 2nd Vice President for The Los Angeles Jazz Society, bringing her extensive entertainment industry expertise to support the organization’s mission of honoring today’s jazz artists and nurturing tomorrow’s talent. As Co-founder and CEO of Transparence Entertainment Group, she leads a music rights organization that collects and distributes worldwide performance royalties on behalf of recording artists, master rights holders, and producers.

Prior to launching TEG, Shari served as Chief Operating Officer for the AFM & SAG-AFTRA Intellectual Property Rights Distribution Fund. Her diverse background includes record label promotion for multi-platinum artists, managing tour settlements for top grossing concerts worldwide, and legislative work with the Recording Academy on the Music Modernization Act.
